What's Brewing April 6, 2019

Something’s brewing on Louisiana Eats! On this week’s show we’re taking a look at our local craft beer industry.

We begin with Bayou Teche brewery owner Karlos Knott.  Considering they are celebrating their 10th year in operation, we thought it was the perfect time to revisit with Karlos to see what’s been brewing in Arnaudville and get a glimpse of what the future holds.

Dylan Lintern president of NOLA Brewing Company also gives us a peek into what’s happening in that Big Red Building on the corner of Tchoupitoulas and 6th street.

Finally, we speak with Steve Hindy, co-founder of Brooklyn Brewery and author of The Craft Beer Revolution, where he explores the history of craft beers and what it means to be a craft brewer.

We’re raising a pint on this week’s Louisiana Eats!
