The secret to Stinky's success is Chef Richard, a graduate of Commander's Palace restaurant in New Orleans. When folks from the newly re-modelled Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans ate at Stinky's they were so impressed they hired the Stinky's peeps to open a restaurant in the hotel. That new restaurant is called Trenasse.
